May Dartez, MPH, M. Ed., CRSS, currently serves as the Learning and Development Manager at Sinai Chicago, overseeing the development of training curricula focused on community health topics. With a strong background in educational program development, May has previously held positions such as Learning Development Specialist, where curriculum for Community Health Worker trainings was developed, and Grants and Development Specialist at Instituto del Progreso Latino, managing a significant grant portfolio and writing proposals for health education programs. Earlier experience includes providing community-based HIV testing and case management as an HIV and STI Intervention Community Health Worker and managing an ESL program at Cedar Shoals High School, significantly improving graduation rates for students with limited English proficiency. May holds two Master's degrees in Public Health and English/Language Arts Teacher Education from the University of Georgia.
