Ilse van der Haar

Ilse Van der Haar is an experienced legal and regulatory professional currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Sinch since September 2022, where involvement in the Global Leadership Team has been key. Prior to this role, Ilse held various significant positions at PostNord from September 2019 to September 2022, as the VP of Privacy & Regulatory and Group Head of Compliance, spearheading the management of the Data Privacy team and establishing the Group compliance function. Ilse also served as the Group Director of Regulatory Affairs and Corporate Responsibility at Tele2 from January 2015 to August 2019, responsible for regulatory and CR strategies. Additionally, experience includes positions at GSMA, ecta, and Tele2 Nederland, complemented by a background in enforcement at The Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets and OPTA. Ilse holds a Ph.D. in Law from Tilburg University and an LL.M. from Maastricht University, along with studies at The London School of Economics.
