Jamie Burgos

Jamie Burgos currently serves as the US Technical Account Manager Team Lead (Messaging) at Sinch, overseeing a cross-functional team responsible for managing high-priority enterprise accounts and acting as a senior escalation point for complex customer issues and service enhancements. Previously, Jamie held the position of Support Account Manager at Sinch, managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts and leading investigations into critical incidents. Prior experience includes serving in the US Navy as an FCA/FCS Aegis Fire Controlman, where responsibilities included the maintenance of computer systems and training junior personnel. Jamie also has entrepreneurial experience as the owner of Arrowhead Apparel Co., focusing on social media marketing and brand development. Jamie is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Cloud Computing at Western Governors University, expected to graduate in 2025.
