Surbhi Sharma

Surbhi Sharma is a seasoned professional specializing in human resources and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies. Currently serving as a Global People Experience Specialist at Sinch since April 2023, Surbhi previously held the role of Global Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Partner at Schibsted, where a comprehensive diversity strategy was developed and implemented to enhance representation of underrepresented groups. Prior experience includes positions at Accenture as an HR People Advisor Analyst, where advisory support was provided on employee relations and performance, and at Diestro Infotech as a Senior Executive HR, managing critical HR processes. Surbhi also took a maternity break from December 2017 to March 2020. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Professional Education and Research (IPER) and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya. Additionally, Swedish language studies are ongoing since 2019.
