Peter VandeMotter is an accomplished business operations executive with extensive experience in customer success and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Operations and previously as Director of Customer Success at Sinecure.ai, Peter has a strong focus on leveraging AI to enhance HR technology and talent acquisition. Prior roles include Vice President of Customer Success & Client Services at Engagement Labs, and various leadership positions at #HASHOFF, where responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition and account management. Peter's career began with roles in mobile marketing and personalized men’s clothing consultancy, along with foundational experience as a Ranch Hand at Carney Ranch Company. An alumnus of the University of Denver, Peter holds a degree in International Business and Sales and Marketing.
