Vincent Botticchio is currently the Director of Customer Support at Sinequa. With experience in leading and managing customer support teams, Vincent is responsible for developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures to ensure exceptional service delivery. Prior to their current role, Vincent served as a Customer Support Manager and Senior Support Engineer, showcasing their expertise in resolving technical issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience. Vincent holds a Master's degree in Computer Sciences from Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France.
