Fook Weng Chong

Fook Weng Chong is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in managing and directing technology operations across various organizations. Currently serving as the Associate Vice President and Chief Information Technology Officer at the Singapore Institute of Technology since March 2014, Fook Weng Chong oversees the planning and implementation of IT strategies to support organizational goals. Prior to this role, Fook Weng Chong worked at the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) as Senior Deputy Director, managing a large IT team and budget. Additional experience includes positions at T-Systems, Glaxo Wellcome, IBM, Socgen Crosby Securities, and Jurong Town Corporation, cumulatively reflecting strong leadership in IT management and strategy formulation. Fook Weng Chong holds a Master of Science in Software, Systems, and Information Engineering from the University of Sheffield and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the National University of Singapore.
