Qiang Liu is the co-founder and COO of Singlera Genomics Inc., a Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) powered Diagnostics Company. Prior to that, Liu served as the Managing Partner at Tangent Capital Inc. Liu holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Schulich School of Business - York University and a Master of Science in Biotechnology from UNSW.
