Mick Charles

Mick Charles has over 20 years of experience in operations, customer success, and sales leadership. Currently serving as SVP Operations and SVP Global Customer Success at SingleStore since August 2019, Mick also held positions including Senior Vice President of HR and Vice President of Corporate Marketing. Prior to SingleStore, Mick worked at TIBCO Software Inc. from November 1999 to June 2019, where achievements included roles such as Vice President, Head of Sales - Americas East and Director of Sales - Northeast. Early career experience includes a Channel Manager position at KVLabs from 1998 to 1999. Mick holds a BA in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and pursued further education at the University of Pennsylvania.
