Singulier is looking for a Data & Insights Senior Consultant to join the Data Analytics and Insights team. This is a rare opportunity to use your data skills in a role to rapidly grow in a profitable company. 

Who We Are

Singulier provides digital strategy and transformation support for private equity/investment funds and their portfolio companies. We collaborate with our clients to establish task forces that can perform strategic digital operations resulting in rapid and sustainable impact. Unlike other consulting firms, we don’t end our work at the recommendation; we work closely with our clients to implement the prototype or pilot and support transformation to ensure that we are immediately providing tangible value.

We are working with leading investors and their portfolio companies. Some of our clients to date have included: KKR, Bain Capital, Carlyle Inc, Advent International, CVC Capital Partners, EQT and many more.

Our diverse team of approximately 80 professionals based in London, Paris & Munich includes consultants from both operational and strategy backgrounds (including data engineers, digital media experts, and UX experts).  Our members are graduates of the best business and engineering schools and possess extensive experience in the field.  Founded in 2017, we have grown rapidly and are currently building our new team in Germany.

Location: Paris (must be in the office 3-4 days per week with the possibility of working remotely the other days) 

What You’ll Do

Key responsibilities 

The Data & Insights Senior Consultant will report to the Data & Insights Associate director :

Key Missions

  • Client projects: Manage data streams on client projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and delivering actionable recommendations.

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to analyze market and customer data, identify key trends, and generate insights that drive informed business decisions.

  • Advanced analytics: Conduct advanced data analytics projects leveraging the power of machine learning and artificial intelligence (e.g predictive scoring and segmentations, optimization models…)

  • Market research: Lead customer and market research studies including qualitative and quantitative surveys, social listening, keyword analysis…

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, digital media experts, UX experts, and digital strategy consultants, to create and deliver integrated, comprehensive solutions.

  • Product Development: Contribute to the development of Holis, Singulier’s data insights platform

  • Reporting and Visualization: Oversee the creation of dashboards, reports, and visualisations that clearly and effectively communicate insights to stakeholders, enhancing decision-making processes.

  • Business Development : Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing and client presentations.

Internal Responsibilities:

  • Subject Expert: Serve as an internal expert on data analytics and customer insights, providing guidance and support to other consultants and team members across the organisation.
  • Offer Definition: Define and continuously improve our Data Analytics offer(s), including pitch deck, methodology, and relevant marketing materials.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Develop and lead training sessions, workshops, and seminars to share your expertise in data analytics and customer insights with the broader team, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Thought Leadership: Contribute to the development of thought leadership content, such as white papers, case studies, and blog posts, to position Singulier as a leader in data-driven customer insights.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and coach junior consultants, helping them to develop their skills in data analytics and project management.
  • Innovation & Best Practices: Stay in touch with the latest trends, tools, and methodologies in data analytics, and proactively introduce new ideas and best practices to improve the firm’s capabilities and client offerings.
  • Internal Projects: Lead or participate in internal projects aimed at enhancing the firm’s data analytics services, such as developing new methodologies, improving data infrastructure, or exploring new technologies.
