Kate Hodgkinson has extensive experience in IT management, having worked as a Help Desk Manager at Sinking Ship Entertainment and Information Technology Support Manager at Guru Studio. Prior to this, Kate held the role of General Manager at InkjetSales, where Kate oversaw the expansion into distribution of Coffee Pods and Loose Leaf Teas. Kate's responsibilities have included oversight of helpdesk ticket systems, procurement of hardware and licensing, compliance, resource allocation, and client interfacing. Kate's key accomplishment include growing and supporting the Authorized Dealer network from 10 to over 50 partners. Kate is a graduate of Brock University with a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology and Niagara College with a degree in Computer Engineering and Computer Science.
