Dafei Yin

Dafei Yin is a seasoned professional in data science and engineering, currently serving as the Technical Director at Sinovation Ventures since December 2018, where Dafei leads the development of a sophisticated investment management system integrating various data sources and utilizing NLP and Knowledge Graph techniques. Prior to this, Dafei worked as the Chief Data Scientist at Mobike from October 2016 to December 2018, successfully building a data-driven organization with a team exceeding 60 members across multiple sectors. Dafei also held positions as a Senior Data Architect at DHgate.com and a Senior Software Engineer at Esri, with earlier academic experience as a Postdoc at Tsinghua University focusing on remote sensing image classification. Dafei holds a Ph.D. in Geoinformatic from Peking University and a B.E. in Geoinformation System from Wuhan University.
