Gijs de Vries

Gijs de Vries is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in governance and coaching. Currently serving as Voorzitter Raad van Toezicht for multiple organizations, including Sint Maartenskliniek, Slachtofferhulp Nederland, Nationaal Monument Kamp Amersfoort, TNO, and IKNL (Integraal Kankercentrum Nederland), Gijs has been instrumental in overseeing strategic direction and accountability. With a history of leadership roles such as Voorzitter Raad van Commissarissen at Arbo Unie and Voorzitter bestuur Stichting Achmea Slachtoffer en Samenleving, Gijs also provides executive coaching through Executive Sherpa Coaching. Gijs holds a degree in Rechten from Utrecht University and has furthered skills in coaching and governance through various educational programs, including RINO Amsterdam and Erasmus University Rotterdam.
