Gemma Smith FCIPD is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Sir Robert McAlpine since October 2016, Gemma has also held positions as HR Business Partner for Scotland & Northern Region. Prior HR experience includes roles at WSP Parsons Brinckerhoff as HR Advisor and Global Mobility Advisor, and as a Learning and Development Advisor at Asda. Gemma began their career in HR as an HR Graduate at WSP Parsons Brinckerhoff and as an HR Administrator at Parkdean. Gemma holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management and Development and a BA (Hons) in Business with Human Resource Management from Northumbria University.
