Rebecca Muttram

Rebecca Muttram is an experienced People Development Business Partner with a strong background in learning and development. Currently employed at Sir Robert McAlpine since June 2019, Rebecca has also held roles as an L&D Advisor and Early Careers Manager. Previous experience includes serving as a Learning and Development Advisor (Early Careers) at Costain Group PLC, where responsibilities encompassed the design and delivery of talent induction and apprentice programs, and early talent attraction. Additional roles in resource coordination and HR support have been held at Pinnacle Crew Limited and Sealion Shipping Limited, showcasing Rebecca's versatility in both administrative and client-facing positions.
