Gopikrishna Potla

Gopikrishna Potla has extensive experience in ServiceNow development and consulting. Gopikrishna started their career at Microsoft in 2017, where they served as a ServiceNow Developer/Admin. In this role, they assisted clients in implementing the Managed Service Provider instance and Domain separation for ServiceNow Instances. Gopikrishna also worked with clients to gather functional requirements and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules.

In 2018, Gopikrishna joined SAP as a ServiceNow Developer. During their time there, they focused on developing the Service catalog, creating new catalog items, designing workflows, and execution plans. Gopikrishna also created functional and technical specifications documents for various ServiceNow modules.

After their stint at SAP, Gopikrishna joined Transamerica in 2019 as a ServiceNow Consultant. Gopikrishna provided consulting services in ServiceNow implementation and worked on various projects until 2020.

Currently, Gopikrishna is working at SiriusPoint as a ServiceNow Developer. Gopikrishna is responsible for the development of the Service catalog and acts as a technical contributor to the ServiceNow systems.

Throughout their career, Gopikrishna has gained strong expertise in ServiceNow development, catalog management, and system implementation.

Gopikrishna Potla attended Annamalai University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science.
