Alison Rivera

Alison (Smith) Rivera serves as the Associate Director of Talent Enablement at SiriusXM since April 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing a nationwide internship program, collaborating on skills-based hiring strategies, and developing career frameworks to facilitate employee growth. Previous roles include University Recruiting Senior Manager and Internship Program Manager at SiriusXM, managing recruitment for multiple brands and coordinating internship sessions. Alison co-founded Unique Potential and held various positions in career services at Columbia University, Indiana University Bloomington, and The University of Chicago, focusing on student counseling, program management, and employer relations. Alison holds a Master of Science in Education from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Richmond.
