Cynthia Cooley

Cynthia Cooley is a seasoned technical program execution leader with extensive experience in media and content management. Currently serving as Principal Technical Program Execution Lead at SiriusXM since August 2023, Cynthia previously held significant roles at Disney Streaming Services from October 2018 to August 2023, where notable accomplishments included leading the US launch of Disney+ and the expansion into multiple European markets. Prior to Disney, Cynthia worked at BAMTECH Media and Viacom, where a large-scale Agile transformation was successfully implemented across Global Media and Infrastructure Technologies. Other roles included serving as Senior Consultant at BoydGroup Solutions and Vice President at The Winter Group, showcasing a robust background in project management and strategic execution across various media and technology domains. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Boston University.
