Susan Sun

Susan Sun is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in system analysis and management. At SiriusXM since March 2022, Susan serves as a Senior System Analyst. Prior to this role, Susan worked at The NPD Group from September 2015 to August 2022, first as a System Analyst and later as Manager of System Analysis, where responsibilities included leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful IT project implementations. Earlier, from February 2012 to July 2014, Susan was the Manager of Marketing and Communications at Sofitel Zhengzhou International, overseeing marketing strategies and contributing to major awards and certifications. Susan's educational background includes a Master's degree in Information Systems from New Jersey Institute of Technology and Bachelor's and exchange degrees in French Language and Literature from Sichuan International Studies University and Université de La Rochelle, respectively.
