Toi Wilson

Toi Wilson is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and contract negotiation. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel at SiriusXM since January 2020, Wilson previously held the position of Associate General Counsel at Pandora. Prior roles include Corporate Counsel at Iron Mountain and Senior Attorney at Recall, where responsibilities encompassed drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex corporate contracts as well as advising executives on legal strategies. With a background that includes serving as Senior Director of Legal Affairs at Shionogi Pharma and working as an attorney for both First Horizon Pharmaceuticals and Siemens, Wilson has demonstrated expertise in managing legal departments and leading teams. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and legal training from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School.
