Tsvetan Alexiev is Chief Executive Officer of Sirma Group Holding, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Sirma Solutions, Chairman of the Board of Sirma Business Consulting, and a member of the Board of Directors of Ontotext, Daticum, and Panaton Software.
Tsvetan joined Sirma as a software engineer in 1993. Throughout the years, he held various positions within the company – team lead, project manager, group manager, head of division. He has a leading position in the establishment of Sirma Solutions, Sirma Media, Sirma Business Consulting, Daticum and the acquisition of SES.
Tsvetan initiated the restructuring of Sirma into a holding organization and the prepositioning from pure software service-oriented company into a product oriented holding company. The holding corporation manages investments in various businesses within the group, incubates and creates new businesses, attracts investments and acquires new companies.
Tsvetan is responsible for the overall management of the whole holding structure and BD operations of Sirma Solutions. Tsvetan earned his Master’s Degree in Computer Science at the Technical University in Sofia.
