Barbara Pacut is Vice President of Sales and Operations for SirsiDynix, EMEA. Prior to this role, from 2007 to 2010, she held the position of Vice President of Operations, International overseeing Client Care, Professional Services, and Cloud Services for all regions outside of North America. Barbara came to SirsiDynix 28 years ago as a qualified librarian with several years’ experience working at the University of London, Senate House, and latterly in software sales. She joined the then distributor, Sirsi Ltd, in the UK office in Potters Bar as a Customer Support Consultant answering support calls, training, and project managing, before being promoted to Support Manager and later Customer Services Director for EMEA.
