Ken Bonney

Ken Bonney has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Ken is currently the Director of Customer Success at Niche Academy since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Hawaii State Public Library System as a System Specialist starting in October 2016.

Bonney also held multiple roles at SirsiDynix, including Director of Customer Engagement (August 2020 - September 2021) and Global Sales Training Manager (October 2010 - November 2013). Ken was responsible for training new sales reps and developing curriculum for the company.

Before joining SirsiDynix, Bonney worked at EOS International from November 2013 to November 2020 as the Director of Sales. Ken led a global sales team and achieved significant growth in new name sales.

Additionally, Bonney has prior experience at Stevens-Henager College as the Director of Continual Education (January 1998 - January 2000) and as a Communications Instructor at Brigham Young University (September 1996 - July 1999). Ken also worked at FranklinCovey as a Supervisor in Organizational Sales from August 1996 to May 1999.

Ken Bonney received their Bachelor's degree in Communications - Journalism from Brigham Young University in 1996. Ken then pursued a Master's degree in Organizational Communication from the same university, which they completed in 2001. In 2003, Ken enrolled in Liberty University to pursue post-graduate work in Counseling. Continuing their education, they attended UCLA in 2014 to engage in post-graduate work in Business Leadership.
