At the heart of the company is Siryus Artist Management (SIRYUS A.M), the talent development and management division of Siryus Creative Media Ltd. SIRYUS A.M also doubles as a creative collective—a dynamic network of artists and creatives using music as a tool and launchpad to discover, empower, and elevate independent talent. Through mentorship, community support, and strategic career development, SIRYUS A.M helps artists navigate the complexities of the industry while embracing their unique voices and creative paths. One of its flagship initiatives is the Indiba Project Series, a groundbreaking music incubator that blends mentorship, collaboration, and professional production to spotlight and elevate a new wave of independent African artists. The program provides foundational tools, industry access, and a platform for artists to grow beyond borders.

To expand this impact beyond structured programs, Siryus Creative Hub was developed as the official community ecosystem of SIRYUS A.M. The Hub is designed to foster an environment of ongoing collaboration, artistic exchange, and community-powered growth.
