Claire Steven

Claire Steven currently serves as Development Director for the Sister District Project, a position held since February 2025. Previously, Claire held the roles of National Finance Director and California Finance Director for Adam Schiff's Senate campaign. Claire has extensive experience in political campaign management, having worked as Deputy Campaign Manager for Sharice for Congress, where responsibilities included overseeing the campaign budget and executing strategic finance plans that raised substantial funds. Additional experience includes serving as Deputy Finance Director for Tina Smith for Minnesota and various legislative and organizing roles, demonstrating a strong background in finance, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning in the political sphere. Claire holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, complemented by certificates in Gender Studies, Global Health, and African Studies.
