Raven Douglas

Raven Douglas serves as the Head of Civic Engagement Programs at Sister District Project since April 2023, where oversight includes key civic engagement programs and coordination of the Purple District Network comprising over 80 state legislators. Prior to this, Raven worked as Political Director at Texas Future Project, building infrastructures for advocacy and managing fundraising efforts. Experience also includes roles such as Campaign Lead at the Center for Secure and Modern Elections, Political Director and Deputy Director at MOVE Texas, and various positions in legislative support and voter engagement. Raven holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
