Daniel T. Castelli is a seasoned professional in talent development and recruitment within the healthcare and educational sectors. Currently serving as a Talent Development & Retention Advisor at Catholic Health since February 2022, Daniel oversees key initiatives across a system of 60+ facilities. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Advisor for a prominent Western New York hospital network, Human Resources Corporate Recruiter during a merger at Trinity Medical WNY, and Senior Recruiter at Bryant & Stratton College.
