Guillermo Pineda

Guillermo Pineda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service operations management, currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Service Operations at SITA since March 2001. Responsibilities include managing contracts and service level agreements for customers across Mexico, overseeing a team of over 60 members supporting more than 30 major airport sites and multiple airlines in the region. Guillermo is also adept at creating Customer Service Improvement Plans to enhance service delivery. Previous roles at SITA include Territory Manager and Site Administrator, along with a background in technical support and network management from previous positions at EQUANT and SITA SC. Guillermo holds a BS in Electronics Engineering and multiple certifications in management and IT service management.
