Sarah Lim

Sarah Lim is an accomplished HR leader with over three decades of experience in human resources across various industries in the Asia Pacific region. As the Head of HR at SITA since August 2001, Sarah leads HR operations for 1,100 employees across 26 countries, focusing on organizational change management and integrated talent management. Previous roles include Senior Manager and Manager of HR at SITA, where Sarah developed talent acquisition strategies and retention plans, and held HR leadership positions at Aretae Pte Ltd, The Ascott Limited, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and the Skills Development Fund. Sarah's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Botany/Plant Biology from the National University of Singapore.
