Suzanne Ansell is the Director of Human Resources for Sitecore UK. Suzanne has over twenty years of experience in Human Resources, and has held management positions with several leading companies in the United Kingdom. Suzanne began their career as an HR Officer with Experian, and then moved to IIR Ltd as an HR Manager. In 2004, they joined CMPi (a division of UBM) as an HR Manager. Suzanne was with CMPi until 2011, when they became the People & Culture Business Partner for UBM Conferences. In 2013, they joined UBM plc as an HR Business Partner. Suzanne was with UBM until 2018, when they joined Informa as the Head of HR Business Partners. Suzanne has been with Sitecore since 2020.
Suzanne Ansell studied French Literature at the University of East Anglia, before completing a CIPD at Nottingham Trent University. Suzanne then went on to teach at Chesham High School.
Their manager is Nick Malone, COO. Suzanne Ansell works with Larisa Koleva - Global Workplace Manager, Catherine Pollock - Global Workplace Manager, and Marta Simeonova - Director HR Operations, EMEA.
