Chang Ng is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Constrive since September 2016, where the focus is on guiding conscious business practices and fostering a collaborative journey towards shared values. In addition, Chang holds multiple leadership roles including Founder and Chairman of the Entrepreneurs' Organization, Global Board Director at Maven 11 Capital, and Strategic Advisor at B for Good Leaders, aiming to unite entrepreneurial leaders for market transformation. Chang also presides as Chairman of Group at ShoppingResult, Scrape IT, SiteLucent, and Let's Talk, and is a member of YPO and 10XCREW. With an academic background including an MSc in Financial Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and various executive programs from prestigious institutions like Harvard Business School and IMD, Chang Ng leverages extensive experience in driving meaningful change in business and leadership.
