Laxmi Narasimha

Laxmi Narasimha is an experienced professional in the technology and business analysis sectors, currently serving as the Business Assurance Director at SiteMinder since July 2018. In this role, Laxmi leads offshore and onshore teams comprising Business Analysts, Quality Analysts, and Developers focused on Salesforce, Workday, and various cloud-based systems while also establishing and managing the Business Assurance Centre of Excellence (CoE). Prior to this, Laxmi held multiple positions at Equinix, including Senior Business Analyst and Enterprise Ops Business Analyst, and worked at Oracle India Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Software Consultant. Laxmi's earlier career includes roles as a Senior Analyst at HCL Technologies and Software Engineer at Melstar Information Technologies Limited. Laxmi holds an M.B.A. in Human Resources Management from Osmania University and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Kakatiya University.
