Shawn Delfausse

Shawn Delfausse has served as SiteOne’s SVP, Supply Chain and Operational Excellence since October 2021. Mr. Delfausse has taken on increasing responsibility since joining SiteOne, focusing on supporting data integrations for acquisitions and product services support and inventory planning and replenishment, and he also led the build out of distribution network and inbound freight management programs, including standing up SiteOne’s first transportation management system (TMS). Prior to joining SiteOne, Mr. Delfausse held various leadership roles at The Home Depot across multiple supply chain functions, including Direct Fulfillment Channel Management, Supply Chain Development, Inventory Planning and Replenishment, and Home Depot’s Distribution Center Transformation. Mr. Delfausse holds an M.B.A. in Marketing and Operations Management from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a B.B.A. in Finance from The University of Notre Dame.
