Abigail Pham

Abigail Pham is an experienced program and project manager with a strong background in federal healthcare and public sector consulting. Currently serving as Program Manager at Nolij Consulting LLC since September 2016, Abigail drives HR activities for an Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB). Additionally, Abigail has been a Project Manager at Siteworx, LLC since December 2014. Previously, from June 2010 to December 2014, Abigail held the position of Experience Manager at EY, overseeing over 120 resources in the Technology: Enterprise Performance Management competency, and also served as Senior Advisor in EY's Government and Public Sector, delivering project management, financial management, and business process improvements. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, providing policy and program management support to the Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security.
