Andrea Sheldon, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Six Flags since December 2020, Andrea previously held the same title at White Lodging Services between July 2018 and November 2020. Prior roles include Business Manager of Associate Relations at CarMax, and multiple managerial positions at Omni Hotels & Resorts, where responsibilities spanned from Assistant Director to Employment and Benefits Manager. Andrea began a career in Human Resources as a Coordinator at Taj Hotels from October 2006 to May 2008. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Oregon State University and has international training from AHA International in London.
