The Health and Wellness Services Team at Six Nations Health Services delivers comprehensive health programs and support services, including pediatric occupational therapy, long-term care nutrition, prenatal nutrition, community dietary guidance, and registered nursing care. This multidisciplinary team works collaboratively to enhance the well-being and health outcomes of the Six Nations of the Grand River community.
