Josh Karon

Josh Karon is an accomplished engineering professional specializing in algorithms and research and development, currently serving as the Algorithm Team Leader at Sixdof Space since May 2021. With prior experience as an Algorithm Developer, Josh successfully migrated core algorithm code from Matlab to C++, focusing on architecture, build systems, and automated testing. At MAPSTED CORP., Josh contributed to scalable indoor positioning and navigation through algorithm design, sensor fusion, and geospatial analysis. Educationally, Josh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Geomatics Engineering from the Lassonde School of Engineering at York University.
