Kavya Jonnavithula

Kavya Jonnavithula is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Sixfold since December 2024. Prior to this role, Kavya worked at Theorem from April 2022 to December 2024, where responsibilities included serving as a Technical Recruiter and Recruiting Coordinator. Previous experience includes a Program Coordinator position for the Incoming Student Parent Orientation Program at UC Irvine from December 2020 to September 2021, as well as a Staff Member in the same program during April to September 2020. Kavya earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Psychology from UC Irvine between 2016 and 2021.
