Ernie Sizemore

Ernie Sizemore currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Sizemore, Inc. since May 2023, overseeing a service organization that specializes in security, janitorial, and staffing services. Prior to this, Ernie held various leadership roles at Mission On The Move from September 2012 to August 2023, including Ministry Program Director, where efforts centered on structuring international operations in Honduras, leading a team in Christian ministry, and supporting educational programs for children. As Executive Director, Ernie enhanced financial operations based on GAAP, resulting in improved donor trust and certification through ECFA and Charity Navigator. Ernie's earlier experience includes positions at Regent Security Services, Inc., where Ernie was President and COO, and W.R. Toole Engineers as a Project Engineer, following a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
