David Fletcher is currently the Head of Policy and Ancillary Business at Sizewell C since July 2022. Prior to this role, David had a long tenure at Ofgem from 2008 to July 2022, where he held various positions including Deputy Director -Policy and Interim Associate Director for energy efficiency and social programmes. David also served as the Head of ECO policy and Senior Delivery Manager for ECO. With a background in renewable generation and smart metering, David has extensive experience in policy development and implementation in the energy sector. David graduated from Durham University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Sciences.
