Peter Shortland has extensive experience in engineering and asset management within the pharmaceutical sector. Currently serving as the Engineering Asset Lead and CMMS Administrator at SK biotek Ireland since January 2018, responsibilities include engaging with project engineers and assisting in the registration of new equipment. Previously, Peter held the position of Maximo CMMS Administrator at both Bristol-Myers Squibb and Amgen Technology Ireland Ltd., managing system administration and overseeing maintenance planning and operations. Other roles include Maintenance Planner at Pfizer, Maintenance Engineer at Merrion Pharmaceuticals, and various positions involving instrumentation and maintenance at companies such as Fournier Laboratories and Irish Energy Management. Peter holds a degree in Applied Physics and Instrumentation from Munster Technological University.
