Richard Conway possesses extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Site Shift Manager at SK biotek Ireland Limited since January 2018, following the company's acquisition of Bristol Myers Squibb. Richard has held various positions at SK biotek, including Process Engineering Team Lead and Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer. Prior to this, Richard worked as a Manufacturing Process Engineer at Bristol-Myers Squibb and as a Process Engineer at GSK. Earlier experience includes engineering roles at Takeda and GSK during academic studies. Richard holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical & Bioprocess Engineering from University College Dublin.
