Richard's educational background includes a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Trinity College Dublin, alongside qualifications in Economics and Finance from the National College of Ireland, a CPD Diploma in Industrial Relations from Technological University Dublin, and a BS in Pure & Applied Chemistry from Dublin City University.
