John Novak

John Novak is a financial professional with extensive experience in investment development and business growth. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Head of Business Development at SK Capital Partners since April 2025, John previously held key positions, including Head of Investment Development and Capital Markets at Paine Schwartz Partners from January 2010 to April 2025. Earlier in their career, John was Vice President at Swander Pace Capital and worked as an Analyst at both Banc of America Securities and Wachovia Securities. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance from Vanderbilt University, earned between 1996 and 2000.
