Soonho Kim

Soonho Kim has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Soonho began their career in 1997 as a Member of Technical Staff at Samsung Electronics and worked there until 2007. Soonho then joined Samsung as a Director from November 2007 to May 2008. Soonho went on to work at Samsung Electronics again as a Director from June 2008 to June 2011. Soonho joined Samsung SDI Co., LTD as a Director from July 2011 to July 2016. In 2016, Soonho joined SK as a Director from August to December. Since 2017, they have been with SK E&S, initially as a Vice President from 2017 to 2022, and then continuing their role without a specified end date.

Soonho Kim has a strong educational background in Chemical Engineering. Soonho obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering from Pohang University of Science and Technology in 1992. In 1993, they pursued a higher degree and earned a Master of Science (MS) degree from the same institution. Soonho Kim then went on to complete their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemical Engineering from Yale University in 1997. Additionally, they also spent a brief period at the University of Waterloo in 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
