Bryan-YC Tsen has had a diverse range of work experiences in various roles and companies. Bryan-YC started their career in 2001 as a Customer Support Engineer at UniSVR Global IT Corp., where they provided technical support services and served as a key interface between customers and engineering departments. Bryan-YC then joined TDK Taiwan Corp. as a Field Application Engineer, where they designed and researched device characteristics for EMC components.
In 2010, Bryan-YC Tsen transitioned to Renesas Electronics Corporation as a Technical Applications Engineer, providing technical support on all Renesas electronics products to customers, sales reps, FAEs, and distributors. Bryan-YC also supported special corporate-level applications such as training programs and sales conferences.
Following that, they worked at CMOS Sensor Inc. as a Design Engineer, focusing on CMOS image sensor pixel design and development. Bryan-YC then joined Apacer as a Field Application Engineer, responsible for solid-state flash drive product customer service, technical support, and RMA handling.
In 2014, Bryan-YC Tsen joined HGST, a Western Digital company, as a Sr. Engineer in Customer Technical Support SSD. Here, they led and supported pre/post-sales technical engagements for enterprise PCIe/SAS SSDs, performed technical and quality reviews with customers, and provided effective technical support. Bryan-YC also followed up on quality and technical issues to shorten FA TAT.
In 2015, Bryan-YC Tsen became a Technical Marketing Manager for Enterprise SAS SSD at Toshiba America Electronic Components, Inc., where they managed market strategies for enterprise SSDs. Bryan-YC continued working for Toshiba and joined Toshiba Memory America, Inc. in 2017 as a Customer Support Engineer, providing customer support for Toshiba memory products.
In 2019, Bryan-YC Tsen moved to KIOXIA America, Inc. as a Customer Technical Support, where they provided technical support to customers. Bryan-YC is currently working at SK hynix memory solutions America Inc. as a CJQ/System Engineering.
Bryan-YC Tsen completed their Master's degree in Electrical Engineering at New Mexico State University from 2004 to 2007. Bryan-YC then pursued a second Master's degree in General Engineering-Electronic Materials and Devices at San Jose State University from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Bryan-YC Tsen obtained certifications in Effective Listening, Technical Sales: The Role of the Sales Engineer, and Working with Upset Customers from LinkedIn in October 2019.
