Adele Skinner has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Adele started their career at PeaceHealth in 2006 as a Sr. Talent Acquisition / HR Consultant, where they were responsible for recruitment and hiring activities. During their time at PeaceHealth, they also served as a PeaceHealth Medical Group / Provider Recruitment specialist, where they handled the recruitment and on-boarding of healthcare providers. In 2013, they joined Skagit Regional Health as the Manager of Talent Acquisition, where they developed and implemented recruitment strategies. Adele then progressed to become the Regional Director of Human Resources, providing operational leadership and supervision for the organization. Currently, Adele Skinner holds the position of Regional VP of Human Resources at Skagit Regional Health, responsible for administrative leadership and ensuring compliance with HR practices.

Adele Skinner has a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Trinity Western University. Adele also holds a Master's degree in Business Administration Healthcare from Western Governors University.
