Les Edwards has a strong background in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Les started their career at Penn Medicine as a Clinical Engineer from 1986 to 1990. Les then worked at Merck & Co., Inc. as a Consulting Engineer in Sterile Process Engineering in 1994. In 1995, Les became a Partner at Advanced Barrier Concepts, Inc. and continued in that role until 2004. Les then joined Advanced Barrier Process, LLC as the President from 2005 to 2008. Following that, Les served as the CEO of Isogen, LLC from 2008 to 2009. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Consultant at Hanscome Validation and Consulting, LLC, providing technical leadership to pharmaceutical and medical device companies. Most recently, they have been working at SKAN US, Inc., starting as the Regional Director from 2011 to 2016, and currently holding the position of Vice President, Technology and Business Development.

Les Edwards received a BSE degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania from 1982 to 1986. Later, they pursued an MSE degree in Business, Bioengineering, and Technology Management from the same university from 1988 to 1990.
