Matthias Frei's work experience includes serving as CEO and VP Strategic Projects at SKAN AG from 2018 to the present. Prior to that, they worked as Geschäftsführer at Hasler Maschinen- & Apparatebau AG from 2009 to 2017. Matthias also held positions at Hablützel AG as Technischer Verkauf from 2005 to 2008, and AVOR/Einkauf from 2001 to 2004.

2. From 2005 to 2008, they pursued their education at BBZ Schaffhausen, where they earned a degree in Techniker Maschinenbau HF, specializing in Maschinenbau.
3. In 2011 to 2013, they studied at ZHAW Zürich and obtained a Wirtschaftsingenieur FH (MAS) degree, specializing in Wirtschaftswissenschaften.
4. Following this, from 2016 to 2018, they attended Private Hochschule Wirtschaft PHW Bern, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration - FH degree, specializing in Wirtschaftspsychologie.
5. Lastly, from 2020 to 2021, they pursued an EMBA FH Business Engineering degree in Strategisches Management at Private Hochschule Wirtschaft PHW Bern.
Throughout their educational journey, Matthias Frei has focused on various fields, including strategic management, business administration with a specialization in business psychology, engineering, and technological business management.
