Phillip Lefave

Phillip LeFave is a seasoned professional in the construction industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at Skanska since January 2024. Prior to this role, Phillip held the position of Vice President of Operations at Skanska USA Civil from October 2017 to May 2024 and served as Project Executive and Project Manager at Skanska USA Civil Inc. from July 2012 to October 2017. Phillip began his career at Flatiron Construction, where Phillip worked as a Construction Manager from 1998 to 2012. Phillip holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Merrimack College, earned between 1997 and 2001.
